Curio Medallion Cards, with Maresa





Come to class and learn how to make your punches do amazing things.

I've been eying up the beautiful Basic Grey Curio paper forever, and I knew this was the perfect line to use with these fabulous "medallions". We will be dry embossing, stamping, misting and inking, these babies are loaded with tons of extras that make them lush and lovely. They are the perfect cards for special occasions.

If the cards aren't incentive enough, Gina has generously offered a discount on the punches used in these cards, when placed on special order.

ABCs of Copic Markers, with Maresa



Copic markers are all the craze, and here's your chance to learn all about them. This is a workshop-style class where you will learn the basic colour techniques of Copics, as well as paper and ink selection, colouring techniques, blending techniques and refilling your pens. You will also be exploring advanced techniques that you can use with these pens, like how to colour direct ink onto rubber, airbrushing, blender solution techniques, mixed media, and more!

Tons of handouts will be emailed to class registrants. [And this is a good thing! You will be learning so much in this class that information will be leaking out of your head by class end. ;)]

Maresa is a certified Copic Marker designer.

Potpourri of Cards, with Annette







Two cards will relate to paper folding - one to create a card and one as a card front. Each of these will use the Kaisercraft Prairie Lane collection paper line. The 3rd card will use the technique of Black Magic. Annette has made 3 sample card sets of the following colours - blues/purples/pink and orange/yellow/brown. It will not matter which colour combinations you use as the card has been designed to use any set of colours. We will also make an innie for this card.

February Layout Challenge: Distress and Alcohol Inks with Charmagne!




It's Challenge time again everyone!!! Thanks to everyone who decided to challenge themselves in January...it was so much fun! Here's the challenge for February...Distressing Basic Grey Marjolaine papers and playing with alcohol inks. Learn and experiment with embossed and inked timfoil (pun intended:) ) Create your own glossy background for your butterfly and don't forget your wipes...your fingers are going to be inky after this one!
