SNEAK PEEK! Butterfly Garden Cards, with Maresa



Yup, I am one of the masses that has fallen in love with Pink Paislee Butterfly Garden. The collection is amazing! The colours are soft and pastoral, without being washed out and insipid.

I think they would make great Mother's Day cards. With this in mind, I am going to try to sneak in a class before then.

I will be showing everybody an awesome inking technique that takes no time at all, and creates the impression of watercolour painting.

April Layout Challenge: Keeping It Simple with Charmagne



Patterned paper comes in all textures, colours and themes. Scrapbooking your memories with patterned paper easily captures the mood and events that are in your photos. So what do you do if you take that patterned paper away? Join Charmagne as she guides you through creating a double page layout without patterned paper. Explore the use of dies, punches and ink to create your own "patterns" and backgrounds. These layouts are great for focusing the eye on the photo... the most important part of your layout.

ABC's of Copic Markers, with Maresa



Copic markers are all the craze, and here's your chance to learn all about them. This is a workshop-style class where you will learn the basic colour techniques of Copics, as well as paper and ink selection, colouring techniques, blending techniques and refilling your pens. You will also be exploring advanced techniques that you can use with these pens, like how to colour direct ink onto rubber, airbrushing, blender solution techniques, mixed media, and more!

Tons of handouts will be emailed to class registrants. [And this is a good thing! You will be learning so much in this class that information will be leaking out of your head by class end. ;)]

Maresa is a certified Copic Marker designer.

Fancy Folds Cards, with Annette







Easter is the theme for this class. The papers used are from Echo Park Paper (the Springtime line) and work with 3 different card designs. The first is a Flowerpot, the second a Double Gatefold and then a 4-Sided Folded card.
